According to OREB’s Market Update for May, 2023, sales increased for the first time since February, 2022.

• Average YTD sale prices are $727,728 for freeholds and $428,394 for condos; a decrease of 7% and 6% from 2022, but on par with April, 2023 prices.
• While May’s new listings were 9% lower than a year ago, but up 32% from April, 2023.
• We are in a strong sellers market.
